Founded in 2022, HIC-Tec is owned by Wade & Merrilly Buckner.

Wade worked with Ray and Ruby Brandes of Ray-Vin prior to their retirement. Ray left Wade with all of his original designs, manuals, and drawings. With their blessing, Wade has begun production of range carts and scope stands with new modifications and upgrades.
